Mediation is a confidential, voluntary, non-binding process which uses a neutral third party to guide parties toward a mutually beneficial resolution of their disagreement.
Mediation works well in one-on-one disputes and in large, multi-group conflicts. It is effective in all types of civil matters, and may occur before or after the filing of a lawsuit. Although attorneys may be present during the mediation process, they are not essential to the process.
Our mediators have specific areas of expertise. Additionally, they apply their knowledge and skills to other areas of civil mediation.

As a neutral facilitator in the mediation process, I help parties in mediation address their conflict and the emotionality attached, and facilitate parties uncovering their underlying needs and points for negotiation, with the focus and direction of reaching a mutually agreeable and durable settlement.
Based on my extensive experience as an advocate concerning business and investor disputes, I assist parties in privately and economically resolving commercial and financial conflicts. Additionally, I apply this expertise in resolving disputes in other areas, including family conflicts and civil litigation.
